I have some red hot poker seeds (hardy perennial) it says to sow from Jan to June and latest 'plant out' sep/oct .Would it benefit to sow them now or wait till Jan as they wont flower until next year anyway or am I wrong? If you understand that question explain it to me please :) lol

Oh ok thankyou Bamboo..this rain is holding me back ..I dont have a potting shed or greenhouse.I will do them tomorrow even in doors:) thankyou :0

Sow them immediately, and pot them on as they grow, either keep them in a cold frame or somewhere sheltered in pots over winter, plant out next spring. They won't flower next year either if you wait till then to germinate them.
