can someone please tell me what this plant is called i lost the packet the bulbs came in, what do i do with them once the flowers are over? and is that a seed head? thats next to the one with the petals still on please

they are in deed A. de Caen, and the black bit will form fluffy seeds in a month or so.

They look like Anemone de Caen. I have some in my wild patch and I don't do anything at all to them - they just die down and reappear the following year. If they become congested after a few years, and fail to flower well, you can lift them after the foliage has died down and separate the corms before replanting.
