I have a Willow Tree which is about 25 years old in my garden and every year the leaves come out but this year there are none to be seen and it's now June. Any ideas why please?

Willows are reliant on constant underground water - hence they are more prolific on river banks, by canals or ponds. Is it possible your tree has succumbed to the earlier drought, including the last two year's low rainfall. If the water table in your garden has dropped then the willow will suffer. I would suggest you cut it down to green shoots, which may recover following the recent rainfall. A local tree surgeon will give advice.
