one more unknown plant

It looks to me very much like a spider plant but that would be too easy they are so common and usually variagated

that looks like a spider plant, Chloropytum comosum

If it is a spider plant it will throw out long stems with a baby plant on the end of each stem, before long.

There is an all green one and i too think it is chlorophytum.
