regarding potting up

when I pot up the soil from 1st pot to second pot the soil always crumbles away ?

Sounds as though you,re potting on too soon, when you pot on the roots should be sufficient to hold the soil together, if , when you turn them out of the pot, you don,t see a lot of roots, then they,re not ready for potting on, Derek.
