Why do the leaves on our swiss cheeese plant keep going brown?

The plant is in our conservatory and does well. Its got quite big so weve repotted it and water and feed it regularly but some of the leaves go brown and die. Any ideas why?

Next question
I was once told that they like to be root-bound. In fact, I repotted one and it started to lose its leaves until they were all gone. I gave up with that one. Now I have another one and it is doing fabulously although I keep thinking it has outgrown its pot. Think I'll wait until it shows its displeasure. Sorry to be so pessimistic.
Have you given it a feed? Maybe you will have better luck than I did.
