Hi, it looks as if i may have a glut of Braeburn apples this year and would like to know if there is a simple way of storing them without a cooler. Any ideas would be appreciated thanks. Stewart

One way would be to cook them to a pureé and freeze. Wish I thought we would have any apples this year - plums too come to that!
