we have 2 bay trees both outdoors

we repotted both 1 is fine the other looks as though its going to die the leaves have turned yellow but are not falling off ! can any one help/make any suggestions please

Bay tree leaves do look a bit manky at this time of year. Are there any new shoots growing? Are there drainage holes in the bottom of the new pot, check that they are not blocked.
