Hello and welcome to GoY. We are looking at a frangipani flower (plumeria species), commonly used to make perfume/incense. Don't completely understand the question as "sweet champa" is a generic term used to describe the flower whereas I gather the wood of the tree can be used as well to make furniture (known as the Temple Tree in India)? By the way don't want to appear unfriendly but the photo is from Frankenstein.com and we usually only upload photos we own or have permission to use - looking forward to seeing more photos :-) Kind regards.
