Define 'dwarf'. There are lots of prostrate ones growing no more than 2 or 3 inches high, but often spreading for miles along the ground. Then there is S. x boydii which will reach the great height of 1 metre in about 50 years. Next comes something like S. helvetica, or S. wehranii which grow to about 2 metres.
Actually there are dozens to choose from, it is a large genus.
