Help with my viburnum

I have a fairly mature viburnum and have just been taking a stroll round my garden and something is eating it and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help please?

Owdboggy - thank you for advice I will try what you suggested. I especially like the idea of removing the affected leaves (practically the whole plant) and burn or at least suffocate.

Could be Viburnum beetle. Either get a good population of blue tits, or spray with Provado Ultimate Bug killer. We also remove all the affected leaves and burn them. This reduces the number of larva surviving to adult size. Pruning like this does no harm to the Viburnum itself.
