I agree it is Dracaena marginata tricolor, on the face of it, but you know, the leaves look a little wide - I'd expect Dracaena's leaves to be no more than a quarter of an inch or so wide, and this one appears to be half to three quarters. So the possibility occurs to me that it might actually be a Cordyline that someone's decided to keep as a houseplant. Only way you can tell is if the leaves are soft and floppy - Cordyline's are stiffer.
