will the plants die if I have sprayed the foliage with a plant food meant for the roots I have splayed the foliage with water to try and wash it off will this work

Its called Concentrated Outdoor Plant Food sold by both ASDA and TESCO

What was the feed? Most of them won't damage the plant, some of them respond to foliar feeding (on the leaves) depends on the product. I shouldn't worry too much.
