Is there a variety of abelia that grows as a tree, to 10 ft. tall or so?

I recently saw the most beautiful tree in a 70+ year old garden in Portland, OR- 10' tall x 15' wide, glossy deep green leaves, pink flowers. After some research, I'm sure it is an Abelia, but all the information I find says that Abelia is a shrub. Is there a tree variety? Where can I buy it?

On plant Abelia floribunda

Abelia floribunda eventually reaches ten feet, A. triflora reaches 16 feet. That's about as big as they come.
