this plant grows tall on bambo tyoe stalks, has shiny green leaves and white bell flowers that grow dowwards under the leaves, has a heady scent, and attracts a finger nail size black flying bug, since the bug arrived the flowers have shrivelled and died, the roots are white tubers. can any one ID this for me and advise me what to do with it.
