I have a young rowan tree that looks a bit limp and leaves already turning brown in June. Has not produced berries yet. Could it have a disease? How can I get it back to health?

Are there other healthy rowans in your area? I only ask because I have seen a happy one round here though have no idea what it is they don't like.

« Can anyone help me identify this plant? I hope it is not invasive weeds. Thank you...
Next question
Most likely it is wind damage. This also happens of it is water logged, so check the drainage in the area of the tree.
