Hi - something is eating my palm tree leaves (see photo), do you know what I can do / use to prevent this? I've only had it 10 days but am quite clueless in the garden.

I'm inclined to go with Bamboo, it doesn't look like creature damage.

That doesn't look like something eating the leaves, the pattern across them is too regular - looks like some kind of damage occurred to the whole leaf before it was fully opened out. You can always remove that particular leaf by clipping it off at the base of its stem.
