Variegated umbellifera

Save me getting wet, anyone put a name to this?
It is a typical Umbellifera type white flower (Cow parsley style) It spreads by runners as far as I can remember. You can see the remains of a flower, top right. Flower stalks get to about 3 feet and the leaves are about 4 inches across. It is not Variegated ground elder, it was a different name.
