Runner Beans.
How succesful have people been in growing these in plant pots. They are flowering but not going much further. Cna they become pot bound?
I have had to revert to this due to the wet weather ansd the fact that the slugs/snails are working overtinme this year and destroyed over 12 of my plants.

i grow 6 plants in a large 'bucket' sized pot. they are at the 6ft high mark and flowering.
what size pot have you got them in and how many plants?
I always grow my beans this way as i dont have the space in the ground. I also do 5 broad beans per 1 gallon pot and 5 peas/mangetoute per 1 gallon pot.
