got an oloive tree (olea europaea) that was doing quite well. I keep in on my veranda where it gets plenty of light and iswell shaded. It has started to drop leaves at, what appears to be, an alarming rate. You only have to brush past it and leaves drop off. I would appreciate some advice please. Thank you Jeanette

Maybe getting pot bound and needing a new larger home. Other suggestions are not fed, too dry. Try popping it into a bucket/trug of water with some correctly mixed liquid fertiliser added, if not too large to pick it up. Leave it there for a good long soak. This is what I do with my Olive tree which has been kept small by pruning about 10 years old now.
