Can anyone tell me how much shade a Hydrangea (mophead) will tolerate. Many thanks.

Thanks for that Jaykaty that was what I wanted to hear. I have just purchased one and the spot I wanted to put it gets about that amount of sunshine (when the sun shines).

Here in the desert, they do best with no direct sun, but we give them lots of indirect light.

I have three mophead hydrangeas which get about an hour of sun per day and they do very well.
