Alium Globemaster...have I left these too late to collect the seeds ..I dont know which bits are the seeds..lol..Im a beginner with these :)

No, not too late Kate, the seeds aren't ripe yet. The seeds are those hard, green bits on the end of each flower stalk; they will be black when ripe. There are three (I think) seeds at the end of each stalk wrapped in a green skin. When ripe the skin will go papery and split open to reveal the three black seeds. It is very likely that the stalk of the flower head will have died off and fallen over by that time. In which case collect the old flower heads and keep in a paper bag or ripen off on a sunny window sill.
