I counsel you to wait - this has been a terrible year for plants, and many haven't performed as they should. So give it till autumn 2013, and then dispose of it if it doesn't perform next year (always assuming we get 'normal' weather next year).

Mine doesn't have many flowers this year,like Bamboo say's it's the weather they, like us need more sunshine (:0(
