Durandi Clematis

I have just discovered that we have a Durandi Clematis that should have been pruned earlier in the year but wasn't. It has flowers on it now. Should i prune it now or leave it?

i would wait till it's finished flowering. Give it a trim, it might even flower again this year. I beleive its what they call group 3. Basically it is suppose to flower on this years growth late in the summer.
Yours is a little early, enjoy it for now.
