They are useful guys to have around as all the eat is decaying wood - I'm always reminded of little armadillos.

They occasionally eat small soft seedlings, but crickets are more of a danger that way than woodlice.

They are quite harmless, but if you have a pile of logs and or dead and decaying wood you could remove it.
