I have just updated my Buddleja Diary with a visit to the Longstock Parl Nursery National Collection. Anyone ever buy a Flight's Fancy from Webbs of Wychbold? That was supposedly a variegated B.x weyeriana.

I'm always on the hunt for more information. Buddlejas have really suffered from cultivars being renamed so one plant winds up with several names, plants get mis-named and cultivars become extinct.
Flight's Fancy, Trewithen, Elstead Hybrid and Lady de Ramsey are examples of lost B. weyeriana cultivars that may just have been renamed plants of the common ones (Sungold, Golden Glow etc.).
I am trying to rationalise these names on my site.

That is just cruel. All those desirable plants.
No, not into variegated plants as such.
