I would be grateful for recommendations for a tool to get the weeds out of cracks in my patio paving. I used to kneel to do this job but have a problem with my knee so need a tool that I can use standing up.

Same as Rogi, I have a wire brush on a pole, shaped to go into crevices or lines between brick pavers. Mine is a detachable wolf tool to go on a pole suited to my height. Lots of others advertised and cheaper too. Replacement brushes available, just the wood and wire bit to screw into place on the pole insert.

These long handled ones are great and there is a photo of mine on the 'Gardens tool page' it has a wire brush and a shape blade on the end of a long handle, cost about £8 from a garden centre. There is also a photo of a short handled version on there too.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Just had a look at your one Drc and that looks to be just what I need.
