Can I relocate a 2 year old hydreanger?

Answers
Yes. Get as big a rootball as possible and keep well watered until it has resestablished itself.
A good time to do this would be mid to late September whilst the soil is warm. It then has all winter to restablish itself and it should grow away well next spring.
You might want to take some cuttings ,just in case. Now is an excellent time to do this
