I think it may be an Abelia. I had one once but it didnt do very well, so got rid. They are pretty if you have room.

Me too - Abelia grandiflora. I have another one called Abelia schumannii, which flowers earlier.

That often happens, doesn't it. ;-)

Mine was badly affected by those cold winters we had. I thought I might lose it! It's fine again now, after some pruning out of the dead parts. :-)

Let's hope we don't. We've had quite enough of those!
