With its powerful 550w electric motor driving a set of top-quality 52cm diamond-ground blades, the Al-Ko HT550 cuts quickly and cleanly with no plant-damage. Its incredibly lightweight build (only 3.6kg), advanced ergonomics and perfect balance make it easy to guide accurately over the hedge, while also ensuring operator-fatigue is kept to a minimum. The super-sharp blades are equipped with a guard to prevent them contacting walls and floors; and Al-Ko have incorporated their patented safety-cable, which is impossible to cut through. This model has tooth-spacing of 18mm and a blade-speed of 3200rpm.
