Ideal for general purpose domestic use, the Ryobi RCS-1835 Electric Chainsaw is powered by a high-performance 1800w motor, which produces a chain-speed of 13-metres per-second for fast, clean cutting. Its automatic chain-oiler greatly improves the chain’s longevity by reducing friction and wear; while its fast-acting chain-brake stops the chain almost instantaneously, should kick-back occur. Other features include a ‘Livetool Indicator’, which glows blue when the saw is plugged into the mains; Ryobi’s ‘GripZone’ overmould technology, for comfortable operation with a positive grip; and a large-capacity oil-tank, with an easy-to-read level-indicator.
