Very decorative dark purple pods! It’s not just the looks of this unusual heirloom variety that make an excellent addition to any flower border but also the flavour of the beautiful purple pods! What fascinates children is that the beans turn green when cooked. Produces pods up to 15cm/6in in length which are good for freezing. Despatched late May for harvesting from July onwards.
