Winter Greens are easier to grow than you might think - especially when you start off with our veg plants! All are members of the Brassica family and equally delicious on their own or prepared together as part of a nutritious meal. The collection comprises 18 Plug Plants (6 each of Cabbage Candisa - Superb quality up to 1kg heads. A reliable, sweet-tasting summer/autumn cabbage, with a short core (which means you get more usable leaves). Can also be spaced closely and grown as a 'baby' cabbage; Calabrese Green Magic - Cut the smooth, tightly packed rich-green heads and the plants will then produce a good crop of luscious sideshoots!; Sprouting Broccoli Summer Purple - A versatile broccoli for summer/autumn production, producing a reliable harvest of tender, fine-flavoured purple shoots over a long period. - Ideal for a veg patch approx 3msquared.
