Tongue and groove interlocking board cladding is used in the construction of this building making it more sturdy and better looking , thus differentiating it from certain other playhouses. Strong solid sheet material is used for the roof and floor construction Rounded framing is used for safety. Treatment . To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life. To provide protection during transportation and construction the Crooked Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.
