Featuring a powerful 2-stroke 33cc petrol engine this chainsaw is ideal for cutting logs to make firewood for stoves wood burners and fires and sports a number of great features to make working easier along the way. The guide bar of this chainsaw is 35 centimetres so it is ideal for smaller scale domestic use and will generally be able to cut logs of up to 70cm in diameter. The 2-stroke engine has a fuel capacity of 0.3L so you don?t have to fill it quite so often and produces 1.3kw of power and a chain speed of 18.1 m/s. 2-stroke engines work on a mix of oil and fuel to lubricate the engine parts. Keeping the levels is very important so Ryobi have included clear and viewable fuel and oil tanks to make it easier to see the levels and know when to top up. Lubrication of the bar and chain vital for the upkeep and longevity of the chainsaw are fully automatic saving you time and effort. Safety features include a front hand guard and a fast acting inertia chain brake which prevents movement of the saw's cutting chain by applying a band around the driven clutch drum. This can prevent injury from the chain if kickback occurs. Comfort and convenience are provided by the 3-point vibration isolation that will reduce operator fatigue during longer periods of working.
