The Westwood Powered Grass Collector connects-up to the tractor?s power take-off. The PTO drives a series of rotating brushes that sweep-up grass-clippings and other unsightly lawn waste depositing it into a very large-capacity collector (collector-capacity varies according to tractor-model). The brush-action combines with the fact that there?s no discharge-chute to ensure thorough blockage-free performance in typically damp British conditions. Emptying the PGC couldn?t be easier ? simply back-up to the compost-heap lift and pull the ?empty? lever and watch as material is quickly and efficiently dumped through an opening in the bottom of the bag. Electric push-button bag-lift / dump is optional. The Westwood PGC also features a heavy steel roller for that classic formal lawn-stripe.
