The Westwood Powered Chipper-Shredder is driven by the tractor?s PTO and has two separate hoppers ? one for soft debris like leaves weeds and hedge-clippings; the other for branches up to 2.5? (65cm) in diameter. Debris is fed into a chamber containing a set of ultra-sharp hardened steel blades which shred branches into valuable woodchips; and soft debris into a nutrient-rich material that?s ideal for rapid composting. The Westwood Powered Scarifier fits all S T & V Series Westwood Tractors built Post Dec. 2000.
