Lavender 'Papillon'

With its free-and-easy light purple petals dancing above each flower, French Lavender is a touch more exotic than our much-loved traditional cottage garden varieties. When in bloom, Lavender 'Papillon' has the appearance of a bush smothered in tiny butterflies. It's certainly a plant loved by wildlife for its nectar. These plants are evergreen, easy to grow, and have a slightly spiced fragrance. French lavender is great in sheltered borders or in patio pots. Height and spread: 60cm (24).
