Red Hot Poker 'Papaya Popsicle'

As part of the 'Popsicle series' of Kniphofia, Red Hot Poker 'Papaya Popsicle' has a tidier and more compact habit than some of the larger varieties of Red Hot Poker. From June until October it has the classic orange and yellow flower spikes, that so many gardeners love. It has great drought resistance, so does not need much watering. This herbaceous plant has grassy evergreen foliage that provides greenery over the winter and is very easy to maintain. It looks great planted amongst other vibrant perennials and is suited to both contemporary and traditional settings. Height: 35cm (14). Spread: 40cm (16).
