Kolkwitzia amabilis deserves its common moniker of the 'Beauty Bush', with arching stems smothered in masses of intricately-detailed trumpet flowers in May and June. Fast-growing and hardy, Kolkwitzia amabilis is one of the first shrubs to begin flowering in the summer. These versatile plants will grow in many different soil types. Plant them at the back of a mixed herbaceous border for a real treat! Height: 3m (10'). Spread: 4m (12').
