Helianthemum 'Ben Fhada'

Helianthemum 'Ben Fhada' or 'Block Rose' provides rich yellow flowers with deep golden centres. These blooms contrast dramatically with the plant's silvery-green leaves. This beautiful hardy shrub flowers between May and July. Prune it after flowering and you'll be rewarded with a further late summer flowering. Helianthemum 'Ben Fhada' is resistant to drought and will happily put up with parched conditions and poor soil. Helianthemums unfailingly make a colourful addition to gravel areas, rockeries, wildlife gardens and borders. Butterflies and bees love this shrub and will flock to it throughout the flowering season. Height: 20cm (8). Spread: 30cm (12).
