Euphorbia 'Rudolph'
Garden Centre > Plants > Perennials
A dwarf evergreen shrub, this Euphorbia x martini cultivar, or 'Martin's spurge' is perfect for small city gardens, in either borders or planters. Its unusual foliage offers all year round greenery, and is extremely low maintenance. Euphorbia 'Rudolph' takes it name from Santa Claus's Reindeer, as in winter the tips of the plant turn bright red, just like his nose. In spring, it produces chartreuse green flowers, that contrast with the dark-green foliage. It prefers a sunny position and is very drough tolerant, so will cope in underwatered planters, or in areas of the garden that tends to have dry soil, for example near to a large conifer. Height and spread: 60cm (24).
