Verbascum Phlomoides 'Snow Maiden'

This tall, elegant Mullein makes an unmissable architectural statement at the back of borders. The pristine white flowers with their pale yellow centres tower over the planting scheme bringing height and movement to borders. The impressive flower spikes of Verbascum phlomoides 'Snow Maiden' can be found summer bouquets and floral arrangements and you can be sure that pollinating insects love them too. Although classed as a perennial Mullein is generally grown as a biennial or short lived perennial, however it will self seed to provide a fresh crop of Mullein plants next spring, that will flower in the following year.
