Ophiopogon Planiscapus 'Nigrescens'

This hardy, clump forming, herbaceous perennial associates beautifully with grasses. Its dainty bell shaped blooms in summer are followed by dark inky-blue berries. Evergreen Lilyturf creates a spectacular feature plant in borders or containers, producing 60% truly black grass-like foliage with the remaining leaves an attractive, darker green shade. Height: 20cm (8"'). Spread: 30cm (12"')
