I do have a recipe in one of my cookery book but it is easier to give the one above than retype the info.

By the way an old pair of tights with the legs cut off and knotted together works well as a strainer with the added advantage you can tip the pulp into the compost and bin the old tights at the end rather than trying to wash.

I chose useless because I am always having disaters in the garden.

Ah - but doesn't that just affirm your having more disasters?
