It is a small and lovely garden just across a much larger but not so ancient nor beautifully tended, Parque JuanCarlos I.
This Garden was started in 1787 by order of the Duchess of Osuna. It is called Capricho or Caprice, Whim, because it was a Duchess Whim.
It is worth visiting it. Famous for its lilac blossoms in Spring and a Tree I love best: Cercis Siliqastrum brought to Spain from India many, many years ago.
