Rain, rain, rain rain rain!

Am now on the 8th day of showers and/or thunderstorms… and the predictions for the next 7 days is… more of the same!
Everything is getting a little beaten down and there is a lot of debris about, but the plants are really growing well.
Most things have worked out and seemed to be coming right along. This year I tried to do everything from seed with the exception of a few herbs.

This is the view out my kitchen door. My basket is looking kinda puny, but other things are growing well.

This is a box left from last year… I have beans and assorted herbs in this.

These are the other four pools out back behind the patio. Had to put up temporary fencing to keep out the voracious rabbits.

And these are just a few stray plants that I didn’t have space for elsewhere!

Will be taking down the “greentent” next week and soon after that starting a late crop in those boxes on the concrete patio. I hope to have a crop of harvest size plants I can keep going through next winter.
