Cold But not detered i opened my shed door to finalize my latest invention on my planning board. Two ideas really, Pot hanging system and Strawberry cultivation pot. Just old equipment updated to help around the garden and greenhouse.I hope to utilize the pots one throws away into efficient growing sources. On paper at the moment but will disclose when completed. Gardeners world prompted me to try both idea,s. Tiny (our budgie) now quite happy to use his play pen rather than fly around the lounge so have time now to myself. Front lawn full of leaves but my Silver jubilee (Rose) has many open flowers. The latest warm spell seems to have encouraged it to flower but i may trim them to conserve its strenght. Grass appears well beyond what i expected am very pleased at its colour and densety, no Dandylions at the moment . Nice just to look out onto both lawns. Well hope all is fine in your gardens also . Take care Enjoy Tony Elizabeth and i are cultivatng some Acer seeds this week its a 14 week plus project we have our fingers crossed.

Nice rose, looking good. When you say 'Cold' at the top, do you mean the weather wherever you are or that you actually have a cold?
And I'm somewhat disconcerted by your description under the basket hanging on the fence - it says Glechoma, but what's on display is in fact Hedera helix of some variety...

Your lawn is like a big carpet, Tony! All that work really was well worth it, it's a picture! Is the gardener still mowing your garden for you? There might be some good bargains in the mower dept soon, with the seasons changing, so, remember to keep a good lookout!! Your projects sound very interesting, Tony, you're always full of good ideas! I'm really looking forward to seeing them completed!
Acer seeds at the ready...standing at my post,...Sir!!
