Mint

A nice sunny morning here in the south. I decided to make a brunch of mushrooms and sweet cherry tomatos fried in a dribble of good quality olive oil and put with granary toast then popped out in the garden and chopped off some common garden mint and some chives. The mint so complements this I hadnt had this breakfast in ages a good veggie alternative to the fry up. I so love my herbs section, love to go out back door and pick things and so much flavour with just a little bit of them it will be even better in the summer when I can pick my own tomatos too. :)
