Hi, I am a father of 2 young children, and we have enjoyed gardening with a theme.

From 2006 - 2008, we had a "Wizard of Oz" garden. In 2009, our chosen theme was Roald Dahl's "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory". For 2010, we chose "Pirates", featuring Peter Pan, to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the birth of the author, JM Barrie.

My avatar is of a common seal, many of which visit a nearby shoreline. We love to visit them.
